New sim card issue

Hi, i am currently a Sky customer and i have ordered a new sim card through Sky to switch my sim deal but when i have tried to enter the PAC code to keep my number its saying it cant be accepted as im already a Sky customer. I cant activate the sim unless i go down the route of changing my number which i dont want to do, how do i activate it and keep my number?

@Kieranwain95

You can't use a Pac to switch your phone number from one Sky sim to another if this is what you are trying to do so you have a few options:

You could call Sky to ask them to cancel this new sim you activated and then use the one you have in your new phone.

You could either use the sim you have or if you want to transfer the number you have to the new sim then you would need to use a Pac code to transfer your current sim number to a PAYG network and then use another pac code via them to transfer it back to your new Sky sim.

Re: New sim card issue

I have just bought a n iphon14 and SIM card for my wife, I've entered pac code and that I wanted to keep her old mobile number but has come up with an error message and change it to a new number. I can we get her old number back ?

Don't activate any new dataplan and use the SIM in the old phone.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
