Extra charges

My monthly payment went up and I payed the price on the 24th of march, you have now taken the same amount out my account on the 28th of march, a direct debit, which isn't okay because now my next payment April-may is telling me I have 5£ left to pay when really I shouldn't be charged anything. I tried to pay early and I get it taken out my account a few days later

@Tgrxnt  If you have a direct debit setup you should never be making a manual payment as it won't stop a direct debit, I'm afrad the error is yours on make an unneccesary payment.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

As stated by @GD1 as you have a direct debit setup you should not be making manual payments because if you do this to close to your billing date it is to late to stop Sky from taking the payment via the DD.

 

You should now see a credit on your account that will be used to pay or part pay next months bill or it can be refunded and help on this can be arranged via here if you would like.
