Complaint not being responded to with resolution

I have called and sent contact forms and no resolution has been forthcoming. I have asked for my account to be put on hold until resolution has been achieved and told no. No contact has been made with me by Sky. I would like an urgent update as I am not paying for calls I have not made and have evidence to prove this.

Sky doesn't usually put accounts on hold so why do you want this to happen, are they charging you for calls you say you have not made ?

We're other customers here so cannot do that...

 

You can either persevere in contacting Sky or explain in a bit more detail here to see if we can advise any further.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
