Extra charge
Good Morning I am writing to inform you that I am unaware of the services for which you are charging extra (premium service). I do not receive or send messages to this service. I would like to ask that you block the premium service number. Kind regards Tukayana

This is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here.
I think you're referring to premium text charges so text the word STOP to the number. That should stop future charges.
