Did you mean roaming not timing? 

From the information in your post you've incurred the charges and been correctly billed. Not sure you have grounds for a refund but good luck as and when Sky contact you.

...but it appears you had cellular active?  What are the charges itemised as?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Hi,  took approx 5 weeks to get a credit onto my account and partial refund. Deducted the current month billing hence partial refund.   
Cicas ruled in my favor as I detailed exactly what I did to try to prevent roaming charges by setting up a roaming spend cap.  The spend cap though doesnt work apparently outside of Europe but that is not made clear.
