Ordered my Samsung s25 ultra on the 6th it said it would be here on the 8th so we sat in all day but no delivery came and the live chat the bot didn't understand the question! What do I do now?

Yeah it said on dpd that it was out for delivery today but no other updates happened after that at 10am.
