I've arrived in lanzerote and can't use my phone (other than internet)
I upgraded my phone a month ago but assumed that my set up from previous wld be transferred. I used my phone 6 months ago abroad so never considered I'd need to re-do it. Tried online chat but literally got "you should have set it up in the UK before you left". Surely in this day and age sky can just update from there end?? 🤷♀️
What if I'm out and need help? I can't call anyone?
All other providers can apparently update their customer accounts for them so why can't sky? Any help much appreciated

also try turning off automatic network selection in your phone settings then manually search and select one of the networks.
