Exchange new phone

So I'm thinking of swapping from apple to Samsung but I don't know if I will actually get on with a Samsung phone, if I swap my iPhone for a Samsung and I don't like it will I be able to exchange it for a different phone?  (My iPhone is ready to swap for a new phone in the app)

@Harriet67  There is no option to swap simply because you don't like a device.  You would need to cancel within 30 days and place a new order meaning a new credit check.

As long as you’re still within the cooling off period (which is 31 days), you’d need to contact Sky who would lead you through the returns process. Easiest way is by dialling 150 for free from a Sky mobile or from a Sky landline. If you keep it longer than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Some more information is available here

You would need to keep to any subsequent proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you the order the alternative device you will undergo further credit checks.

So if I was to swap my old phone for a new one, I'm guessing I receive the new one and then I send the old one back, can I decide to send the new one back and get a different one sent back out (in the cool off period) and not have to send my old phone back, because I need to have a phone on me for my work, I'm not sure if I have worded this right or not hopefully you get what I mean
