Upgrades

I can't upgrade any of my phones, there are 7 on my contract but sky knows that 2 have been lost if stolen so we only have 5 phones on contract and 5 sims

Lost or stolen devices have to be paid for so should still be active devices unless you have already paid both of them off in full as it is only possible to have at most 5 devices on your account. Not sure why you can't upgrade as you haven't said what is happening so call Sky on 150 for help with this.
