Esim

Ive a new sky mobile customer and just got my esim but ive accidently entered it wrong 3 times so its been blocked and i need a replacement but cant call sky to resolve the matter. Thankyou

Then you will have to find a way to contact Sky, they can be contacted via the social media links at the bottom of this page if you do not have another phone you can call them on.
