Esim

I have recieved my new sky sim but I can't open my phone to insert it. I have kept my old number so can I get an esim instead

Why not?  You just have to eject the SIM cradle.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Hi @Maggie551  esim information below but I would try and make sure you have an active physical sim first. Why can't you open the new phone ? Also make sure your new phone is on the compatible list for esim with sky.
