Hello I have iPhone 16 pro max paying monthly and I don't have data outside my house i don't understand why is that if I'm paying my phone monthly

When you are not at home have you turned on mobile data via settings ?

Hi @Adriana7  do you have mobile data turned on in your phone settings ? Have you checked you have the correct APN settings in your phone ? Have you used up your monthly data allowance ? Any issues showing ?

Yes I turn on my data when I'm outside and today I don't get any data couldn't use my YouTube 

it is because when I get this phone it comes with sky sim but I didnt use that sim I just used my old number is it that why this happening ?

So you're using a SIM from another provider than Sky?
