How long does it take to set up an existing SIM card and change it in to an Esim?

Hi @VivMac1 it only took a few minutes to convert mine, I made sure I had my iPad handy(as a second device was required )for scanning the QR code and had no issues.

Converting to ESIM currently does not work.

Not quite true @Velcrohead worked fine for me and many others, whilst some customers have had issues it's not all.

That's interesting, you're the only person that's actually said it worked for them.
kind of makes it worse if it works for some and not others.
