Esim error on requesting activation code

I've been trying to active my sons esim for 2 days now and can't get past the code to start the process. The guides just tell me to do what I've already done. Any advice?

I take it you are not receiving the code, if so all you can do is to call Sky for help.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Say No when asked if you want a text or to go online then stay on the line.

Then sorry but we can't escalate your issue @Suziebluz  as there is a known issue that sky are working on with the sending of the code and the escalation team can't help. As mentioned by  @caesarome  you will need to call sky for help.

Thanks for the info. Its a shame there is a known problem that they didn't seem to mention at the time. Lines are very busy seemingly but I can keep trying tomorrow.
