Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThen sorry but we can't escalate your issue @Suziebluz as there is a known issue that sky are working on with the sending of the code and the escalation team can't help. As mentioned by @caesarome you will need to call sky for help.

Thanks for the info. Its a shame there is a known problem that they didn't seem to mention at the time. Lines are very busy seemingly but I can keep trying tomorrow.
