Error when trying to roll data

Always been able to roll data across my various devices but I am now getting an error message. Please advise why

It just says 'sorry we were unable to roll your data'

If you call Sky on 150 they should be able to roll the data for you and imvestigate why you can't.

This has been happening to me for months. I can't roll data to my sim using WiFi or anything. 

they don't have a fix. I've had hours on the phone where they escalate it and I still haven't heard back from 2 months ago.

There isn't one - it just sits on the approval screen without progressing!! I've tried refreshing and using different terminals/browsers but with no change!
