Does anyone know if Sky is having an issue with their systems? I am unable to roll data from the piggy bank to my mobiles.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf the error is still occurring tomorrow then give Sky a call on the 150 number as they can roll it for you.

Thanks for the reply. Managed to get through relatively quickly on 150, unline their landlines or webchat which is closer to an hours wait. It had something to do with having recently cancelled my SKY TV - they sorted it out at their end, so all good now.
