I want to be able to disable my daughters phone when she is banned from using it.

You can't disable it via Sky so you would have to take it away from her.

The Max WiFi service (an add-on to Sky Broadband) has the ability to control individual device use of the local WiFi signal. There's no good way to 'disable' phone calls, texts and cellular data use without having an app designed to do that installed on the phone in such a way that an unauthorized user cannot remove or bypass it, and that's outside the remit of Sky Broadband or Sky Mobile.
