Error when activating SIM card with PAC

I've just tried to activate my new Sky SIM using my PAC from Vodafone however I got an error and its not now letting me activate it. I've had no confirmation but my sky account looks like its been activated but no mention of transferring my number. Any advise Thanks Linzi

If your sim has been activated then you should now be able to give Sky the pac code you got from Vodafone:
