My Texts being received numerous times and being billed for them

I have an OPPO handset, I have not knowingly altered any settings myself, however over the last 3 months or so, people keep contacting me to advise my messages are being received numerous times. On the back of that my bill went a lot higher thsi month due to texts sent -Advice and help greatly appreciated thank you. David

You shouldn't be charged at all for SMS to UK phones. (MMS is chargeable - I'd recommend disabling this)

You will likely need to call Sky on 150 to investigate.
