Error message - water in charge port

Have been getting error message and noise about water in charge port for about 6 weeks.

Happened, then was ok. Then error again, then ok. Error again now for several days. It has not been near water. (Will charge wirelessly.)

Tried clearing usb storage cache (Internet suggested this). This worked a few times, but not this week.

Hi @SuzanneM  you could contact sky to see about a repair, the problem you will have is they will probably say that that message could void any warranty that's left on the device.
