Mac air and sim card

I have purchased a Mac book air and at check out it asked me to add my sim package which I did, I have received my device and it doesn't have an access point for a sim card , how do I go about getting the sim card to work with the MacBook so that I have wifi

Hi @Pd2025  you need to purchase a dongle that takes the sim. There should have been the option to add one during to computer purchase but you can get them elsewhere.
