Error during ordering.

Hello, little confused here. I am switching over from EE, to sky. When purchasing, I originally got the wrong E sim for only 100mb not unlimited like I wanted. Advisor told me to just buy another sim and don't activate the first one. New phone has arrived, all other things are set up but when I go to settings, phone, and try to change the saved number in there, it won't save mine. I tried turning off and back on. Not sure what's going on. Phone does currently take calls for my current phone number so that will be okay, just wondered if this will cause issues down the line. Thanks!

Hi @Samuel32  can you confirm you ordered the unlimited data sim and that you activated in your account ? Are any active sims showing in your account ? Are you porting a number from EE ? When did you give sky your PAC ?
