Error after checking out

I selected a deal with sky mobile for the Iphone 16 Pro Max. Fitted all the options that I required and the next stage was checking out, when I pressed the checkout button the screen just goes white and says the total amount at the top. I have tried on 2 different browsers and 2 different devices and the same happens.

The only way to get the order to placed is by calling Sky.
