Hi, every time I go onto upgrade one of my products the system kicks me out saying it is a Sky technical fault. When is this going to be fixed?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs customers here we can't say why this is occurring so if you have a phone with a Sky sim in it then the free number to call Sky on to get you upgrade order placed is just 150.
