Equifax

Hello 
I have Been talking to sky team about my payment dispute I talked around 7 people waste my time and couldn’t solve my problem 
I have explained everything to them 
Back in 2020 I have taken mobile from sky and couldn’t pay the installment and hence sky pass to debt collects which is ccs  collect since then I was paying every month £25 and my final payment was 102.55 on August 25 2025 and I talked to debt collect they said they paid everything to sky and they give me transaction ID 
 
I check credit file 
My file is not updated still shows  that account balance 102 
Account status is default 
Not settled 
 
they  gave me email as well 
send this details 
they reply with irrelevant information about mobile charge 
 
HOW DO. I contact the person it's been really stressful no one knows what's going with my proble

You might want to fill in this form to register a complaint:

This gives Sky 8 weeks to resolve this issue and if they do not you can ask for a deadlock letter to take it further
