Emergency calls only

I cannot use my phone. It says emergency calls only. I got intouch with sky on Friday and they said it would be sorted by Sunday but still nothing. I have done all the advice tips online and still nothing. I've just tried ringing them again and I can't get to speak to anyone. My husbands phone is fine with sky but mine isn't. Can anyone help please.
