Upgrade iPhone

Would like to upgrade my iPhone 11 to a iPhone 16, when I go to upgrade it says i have restricted service but bill is paid, when I check my account it says all paid

Sky are having some issues with their online account services and phone lines so when the lines are working again to get your upgrade order placed give them a call on 150, say nothing when asked anything by the bot.
