My partner transferred from O2 to Sky last Tuesday. He got a PAC code and requested his number be transferred. The transfer has apparently been successful but he has not had any signal or access to calls/ texts since.
He has tried all solutions offered by Sky including a factory reset which has now signed him out of his google account and he can no longer access it as a passcode is being sent to his number... which still isn't working.
Has anyone got any other advice? Tried everything suggested and still no luck. With no apps now accessible or calls/text, this is really not the start we had hoped for.

I'm also having this problem. Can I ask what model the phone is? I have a OnePlus 8 pro so it's approx. 4.5 years old

I have a new s24 ultra. My sim before the number ported was working fine, just not since it ported over and I put sky sim in.
After speaking to customer service they are sending out a replacement sim.
Such a pain. Tried all the help articles as well.
They did ask me if my handset was locked to a network and mine isn't as they can't since 2021, but if yours is an older handset, could it be?
