Hi, my bill is due to be paid on Monday the 4th via direct debit. I don't get paid until the Tuesday 5th, if the direct debit fails do they try to retake it 10 days later? If so, will this flag up as a missed payment on my credit file even if the payment re attempted on 10th day is successful? Or will it show as paid on time?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt will appear as a missed payment if this is for Sky Glass or Sky Mobile but for others like Sky Q or Broadband I really am not sure so hopefully somebody else can answer that if you have either or both of these services.
