Does anyone know a customer service email, I do not have time to sit on the phone.

I can not add my mobile account on app for some reason and need my serial number of my phone as to reset activation with apple.

Hi @Akilli81 sky don't do customer facing emails (the same as many companies now). The escalation team can't help with linking ID/account issues.

This normally happens if a different ID/email is being used to login.

If you can't figure it out then unfortunately the only thing you can do is call sky on 150 for help.

If someone has helped give them a thumbs up.

If their answer solved your issue mark it as the correct answer.
