Eir turned my phone off but I’m Sky customer

Please can anyone tell me how eir can turn my phone off when I'm no longer a customer I'm a Sky customer now and have been for 2 months now

I got phone for my granddaughter her phone was 60 euros per month she assured me she pays her bill every month my phone is only 10 euros per month there 4 months left on contract I'm widowed 3 months now and I can't afford these huge bills I'm being sent like I mean 200 euros or more every month it's ridiculous I been trying over a year now to come to a agreement with eir but the rules keep changing Please help

@Mar9  I'm confused, so who did you and your grand daught have your phones through?  You say also you still have 4 mo th left to pay presumably to eir, this being the case I'm not sure what this has to do with Sky?

 

And are you referring to Mobile phones as you've posted in the Sky Talk Landline forum

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Mar9 I'm not clear either, but if it's your landline that has been disconnected, is it because there are outstanding unpaid bills? Even if your phone service is through Sky, it would be Eir that disconnected you on Sky's hehalf, as they manage the telephone network.

 

Edit: your later post clarifies that it's a mobile issue.

My phone been cut off

My phone been cut off I was with eir previously but changed over for cheaper option anyway eir still have control over my phone and cut it off I want to keep my old number

Your post have been moved to the Sky Mobile forum so a new topic isn't required.

 

There is not us Sky Mobile customers can do for you as you need to take this up with EIR, perhaps put in an complaint if you feel you are getting nowhere.
