Early upgrade
So I currently have £310 left to pay of my phone. But what happens if I upgrade now
I know you end up sending your old phone back but do they wipe of the remaining £310 or do they end up just wiping some of what left to pay and add it onto the new device.

Re: Early upgrade
@Skendz They will give you a pittance for the old device and charge you what's left. Your best bet is to order a new device, don't activate the SIM you get with it and use your existing one, then sell your old device yourself to a mobile recycling site. You'll likely get a better price.

Re: Early upgrade
...depends on the residual value of your device.
But generally if you upgrade 'early' then that value is unlikely to cover the remaining credit. (The difference has to be paid in full on your next bill)
