Contact I've had for 8yrs+ recently been receiving 'number not recognised when calling my number'. When I ring this contact and others it sometimes freezes on 'connecting'. Additionally, am experiencing 2 sec delay on calls which I have to terminate.
Going round in circles on the troubleshooting route without finding any solution - impossible to find contact number for support.
