I have change my phone but apparently the eSIM didn't transfer over and I have since factory reset the old phone so I have no access to my actual network so cannot receive a code?
I just need to speak to a human who can send me a new eSIM!
They apparently can't send a new eSIM so are having to send a physical SIM - which is a bit silly because I know O2 can send a new one in the same instance because the same thing happened to my partner.
