Email for mobile not being recognised

I created a new email as advised by a customer services colleague. Unfortunately before it could be finalised, I did not manage to create a password. I have checked that this email is the one I should use to access my mobile phone account but when I tried to log on and then create a new password, my email address was not recognised.. Can anyone advise me what to do now?

@Margella

To be clear, you are using an email address as the login to your Sky account on the MySky app ?

If so try the reset password option:

https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/

If this doesn't work why were you told to use this email address, was your previous login not working ?
