ESIM Unreliable

Was in central London & Sky ESIM was unavailable. Considering this is London I would expect an eSIM to work. It's not as if I was in the middle of nowhere in the countryside. Fortunately I had a Vodafone sim via work & switched on dual Sim. I am finding the Sky eSIM, in general, unreliable as I have had ESIM fail a number of times.
