Hi transferred over to sky, my transferred number isn't working properly as it comes up with the new number when I text people. Also the internet doesn't work when I'm out the house even though I have data. This is also my work number so I need it sorted asap! I moved over from Vodafone after years and years and never had a problem and now I've moved to sky nothing is working and I'm struggling to get in contact with someone!

Find out moreHi @Kirstycp if this is an iPhone got to settings, phone, my number and check the correct number is stored there, if not then update it then exit and restart your phone. It can take a lot of attempts to save. For you data have you checked you have the correct APN settings saved ?
