Re: Duplicate text messages and calling issues

Welcome to the

I reported it 29th May and it's still not fixed.

I have an open incident with support which every week tells me the resolution is ongoing.

I test it from time to time hoping for a miracle but as of a few moments ago, I still get 3 SMS messages from my SKY Mobile

Re: Duplicate text messages and calling issues

Hi, it's very disappointing. Sky have acknowledged this problem and it's been known for many months with no resolution.

I'm a big sky fan generally, but disappointed with this issue.

I receive many messages from my text recipients telling  me they're recieving multiple copies and reputationaly, can't be helping sky! 🙄

Re: Duplicate text messages and calling issues

Sky reluctantly gave me a new sim a month ago. Crossed fingers msgs are now back to normal...one sent one received.  Beforehand we had tried every suggestion other than buying a new phone or a factory reset. Hubbie and I exchanged sims and that resolved the problem...but impractical.
