I travel to Switzerland on Saturday and I am just wondering if I need to phone sky to get anything changed on my phone for using over there?

You don't need to inform Sky all you need to do is to turn on roaming on your device. You will then be charged £2 per 24 hours use and this is activated when you make a call, send a text message or make a call. Calls to UK landlines and UK mobiles are included by calls to local numbers in the country are not as these will be charged at international rates.
