When I moved house I was told that my bill was going to be £41 per month but has come through as £51 this is far two much how can I get the £41 per month please

Hi @Maggie826 call sky on 150 to find out. Have you checked what your future bills are showing ? If this is your first bill it's usually higher as it covers a longer period.
