Does my current sim automatically cancel when I order a replacement sim?

Morning,

 

I have ordered a replacement sim, will this automatically cancel the current sim or do I still need to call up to declare as lost?

When you activate the replacement the one it is replacing will automatically be cancelled.

Thank you for your reply, but do you know if the sim will still be working until that point? Or do I still need to freeze it? I hoped maybe by ordering a replacement this would happen automatically?

Hi @Jade2022  the old sim will remain active until the new one activates or you call sky to cancel it.
