I've been going through my mobile bills and it seems that I've been overpaying and paying different figures each month I feel I am owed money back, can you please explain the bills to me, thanks

As suggested by @GD1 compare it to a previous one to see where it differs. It usually involves roaming charges, sending chargeable picture messages, calls to non-inclusive numbers or a discount ending.

Have you checked the full breakdown of each bill to see what the charges are?
