No service

I have have had no service in my home for 3 days now , every time I check they are working on issue,  I hope that I will be reimbursed on my next bill

There is no automatic compensation for mobile services.

 

You'll need to call to request - the earlier the better...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Sky don't own or maintain any mobile phone masts so you, and probably others in the area, are waiting for a repair from a third party. 

Once this has been fixed Sky may credit your Sky account as a good will gesture but there's no guarantee they will.
