Disgusted treatment

I took out a Sky mobile contract for a iPhone 16.I received the phone but when I swapped over from my old iPhone I found the side button on the side would not work it would not click so I couldn't use Apple Pay.I informed Sky and they sent me package to return the iPhone.Sky have had my iPhone for three weeks and after many phone calls I was informed it didn't meet the criteria for a refund or repair.Sky are taking payments but have not returned my phone or informed me why it has been refused.Could anyone please advise what I can do

You might want to put in a complaint:


https://www.sky.com/help/complaints


This gives Sky 8 weeks to resolve this issue and if they do not you can ask for a deadlock letter to take it further.

 

Once you get it back it might be worth taking it to your local Apple store.
