sky mobile new e sim but they have given me a new number

I activated a new e sim to swap over to sky however it has given me a new number and i wanted to keep my old number

Any new dataplan you activate will be in addition to your existing dataplan (with a new number).

 

You shouldn't activate any new plan and use your existing one if you want to keep your number.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
