Discount not applied

I phoned the other day and the customer service said the discount hasn't been applied as a glitch, but it's still not showing the correct amount

Ok, you'll have to call again as we (other customers) cannot directly sort it.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
