Direct debit

Hello I woke up this morning and you have taken £50 out of my bank I've already paid my bill in full and I have a direct debit set up for the end of the month why have you taken money out of my account I didn't authorize this I want a refund!! Or I'll be going to the bank

You talking to other customers here and not Sky.

 

Generally, you do not have to make manual payments if an automated method is setup.  Making a manual payment will not stop an automated payment if being processed.

 

However, as we can't see your account we've no idea what is due and when...

Hi @RhianMary  you aren't talking to sky CS here, it's mainly customer helping customer. Did you manually pay your bill ? If so then sky still take the direct debit that's set up. Have you changed your payment date as this can sometimes happen ? Are you new to sky as your first bill is always about 10 days after your sim is activated ?

Do you see a credit on your account for what you manually paid as this can be refunded if you want and help can be arranged via here so let us know if you see a credit and if you would like this refunded ?
