Piggy bank

Why don't I get notifications that my phone is low on data. I used to get notified. My husband still gets notifications so why don't?

As customers only here all we can say is have you somehow disabled notifications on your phone so have you looked into this ?

No notifications

I have 2 GB data for my phone. I used to get a text message to say my data was getting low so I could load some data from my piggy bank. I no longer receive any messages to say I'm getting low on data and so the internet just stops working in the middle of working on something. Has anyone else had this problem? How do I get Sky to continue letting me know I'm short on data? Any suggestions?

Thanks for the advice that was the first thing that I looked at on my phone. I get a notification once I have topped up from the piggy bank but no longer receive notifications to say I'm getting low on data.

as with that thread you need to call Sky to ask why this isn't happening.
