Hi,

I am being chased to send back a phoen as part of a swap but was not sent the packaging or information to do this - can I have this sent out?

Hi @ddavman apparently the return label is inside the packaging that your new phone came in, it's very hard to spot ! If you still can't find it you will need to call sky m, free on 150 to arrange, can't be done via a post here.
